Netball training yesterday was pretty fruitful with all the friendlies we had and all. We played with People's Association yesterday. The first team we played with was awesome man, 'cause we won. WE WONNNN! Haha! First time you know! Lol. But the second team we played with were much stronger. But it was good exposure. We played with the Year 1s too. They were awesome I tell you. Really.

At the end of our training when we were about to go home already, Nike Swoosh asked us to play a friendly with them. It was like madness ah. While playing the game, I asked my defender, "so you guys are taking part in NL right? Which division are you playing in?" Her reply was "division 1. ONE!" My gosh! And they actually wanted to play with us! We are like in division 7 ah. Lol.

In any case, it was good exposure. So yeah. (: And I these are my learning points.

Learning Points
(1) Right Posture
Stand straight so your players know that you are ready and are a free player.
(2) Have a wide vision
(3) Run to space
(4) Run out to get the ball when necessary.
Be alert.

I'm aching all over. Haha!

Things are better to be discussed and talked out rather than to be kept silent. Remember, it always takes two hands to clap.

3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

Ponder about it and let it be a reminder for all of us.

I had fun hanging out with Shin Yeong yesterday. We talked about so much. It was awesome. We talked about our lives, the ministry, shared our views on lots of stuff. Yeah.

Let us all keep R-age in prayer alrights? R-age needs to be regenerated.
