I went to Shin Yeong's house yesterday and we sort of like had a time of worship, word and prayer. Pretty cool.
After that I headed down for my dental and went to IKEA to get some stuff. IKEA is like that best place ever! I love going there, like even alone. The things there never fail to amaze me. They are like oh-so-pretty! (: heh.
Then I went for my match at Kallang. It was good. But we were not really up to standard. We knew that we were going to win so we kind of slacked off which Coach was not really happy about. The fighting spirit was not there. Okay, so we knew that we were going to win because we were playing against Sec1 kids. But it was still quite tiring. Maybe I haven't been training for long that's why? And I played for 3 quarters. I almost died! Lol.
Headed down to church for worship practice after that. Had fun chatting with the taxi uncle. I didn't exactly evangelize to him. But I told him that if he wanted to come to visit our church, he could. And I told him the timing of our church's Mandarin service. And he told me his Mandarin was not good. So I told him we have English services too. Then I said "Jesus loves you" and "God bless" and I left. I felt so stupid saying that we have English services too. Like seriously, because when I thought about it, I think the language or should I say dialect that he speak most is Hokkien. Arghh! *Alright, you can laugh your butt off now. Hahaha.
Worship practice was really awesome. It was different. We really worshipped during our practice session and it was good. It served as a good reminder that God can move anywhere and anytime. It does not always have to happen only during services and all. (:
*Please pray for the service this weekend. Pray and intercede for a breakthrough in the lives of the youths. (:
